2. Have you visited the United States previously? Yes/No
Expectation of officer: If any history of US travel just say Yes else No
3. What will be your designation in the mentioned company when you transfer to the US? Manager
Expectation of officer: Just mention designation mentioned in documents
4. What is the name of the organization in which you are currently working? XYZ Pvt. Ltd
Expectation of officer: Current organization name
5. How long have you been employed by your current organization? 10+ years
Expectation of officer: Years completed in current organization. If you have completed more than 10 year in same organization then office may ask you below questions
a) Why have you not changed your organization even after working for more than 10 years here? Is there any specific
reason?
Expected answer : If you’ve been working for this company for 10 years, don’t you get bored?
No, main reasons are good clients in company, good exposure to handle different clients, upgraded skill sets, good
salary, good environment, near to my home so I can take care of my parents and spend time with family, respect in
company.
6. What is your monthly/yearly salary? –
Alternate question: What will be your compensation in the United States and will you receive it in dollars or any other currency? XX lac
